... and even if you didn't study law, you may be affected by it - or better to say: you are not may (may would mean you could choose whether you want to or not). If you live in Germany (and only in this case it is relevant for you to know this page [and the German law]) you should realize that there are many many laws you don't know off but which maybe relevant for your doing or not-doing. Living in Germany means living in a country making and having the most laws in the whole world. No other country makes a law for every tiny mostly really odd possibilities and situations you mostly never would dream off. German lawyers and the legislative organs even try to regulate every tiny bit on the internet ... with national law! Could you believe that? We call that in Germany the Rechtsstaat - the english speaking world knows that term as "state founded on the rule of law" - or better to say: my dictionary says that you do so. Don't you have a shorter term for that?

Another question: Do you know what I mean? Living in a - well, such a thing? I bet you're wrong.

Living in a state founded on the rule of law means that the law (written down usally) provides the relationship between individual rights and duties and the governmental rights and duties and the rights and duties between the individuals.

Keule You might very well know that it isn't a very simple topic to talk or write about. And it isn't very easy for me to translate the original page. But living in Germany finally needs the knowledge of the German language, and there for I stop here in translating the original page. It doesn't make sense to tell you more without a better knowledge of the English language (less to speak about American, Canadian or what ever ...). I've put you here first of all a link to my impressum and the original page. But also you can find here two links to sites to find a lawyer if you're in need of one. (That's the least I can do for you in such a case.)
